Kunding Jaw Crusher has absorbed advanced technology both at home and abroad ,it is mainly used to reduce the run -of-mine ore down to a size suitable for transport and for feeding the secondary crusher and the maximum compressive strength of the material to be crushed is 350MPA .Jaw Crusher can be widely used in mines ,metallurgical extraction,building materials ,road construction ,railway building ,hydro project,chemical industry etc.
Operating principle
The distinctive feature of this class of crusher is the two plates which open and shut like animal jaws.This machine is powered by the belts connected to the motor.The two jaws are set at an acute angle to each other ,when one jaw is pivoted periodically it swings relative to the other fixed jaw.Materials fed into the jaws are alternately nipped when the swing jaw moves close to the fixed one ,the crushed materials then released to fall further into the crushing chamber when the swing jaw moves away from the fixed one .Eventually,the crushed materials fall from the discharge aperture.
